Patient people understand the difference between things that can be hurried and things that must unfold in their natural time—you can't force a seed to grow faster, a wound to heal immediately, or a person to change before they're ready. Developing patience allows you to persist through difficulties without becoming bitter or giving up, and to appreciate the process of development rather than focusing only on end results.
